Hawaiian Lomi Lomi

 

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage and is the most relaxing style of massage I offer in that is uses long, broad, flowing strokes gliding from shoulder to toe. These long strokes are also rhythmic helping the brain to relax more completely as well. This massage can be slow and gentle, or deeper using a faster momentum depending on what the muscles need. More stretching is also incorporated and the strokes can go around the limbs while moving from head to toe. It can almost feel like your entire body is being massaged at once.
